Remodelling That Respects the Original Garment

Every project begins with a garment and material assessment. We look at the construction, seam allowances, fabric condition, and the fit you want before discussing what can realistically be achieved.

For redesign work, we prepare a concept scope and quote after the review. If the idea needs extra materials, those items are quoted separately, and design approval is required before the workshop begins.

Clear review, careful planning, and design choices shaped by the fabric in front of us.

Alteration Artistry works on clothing that needs a new fit, a new purpose, or a more wearable finish.

Our work includes dress and skirt remodelling, shirt and jacket restyling, vintage-garment fit updates, and fabric-reuse accessory projects. Each piece is handled with attention to the original structure so the result feels intentional, not improvised.

We also provide written alteration scope, approval before additional work, care and pressing notes, and original thread and trim matching where available. Finished garments are checked again at collection so any agreed final adjustment can be handled carefully.
